Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We ship via SF International (SF Express). Production takes 1-3 business days, then delivery takes 7-15 business days to the US, Canada, UK, and most of Europe — 8-18 business days in total. Tracking is provided by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order at checkout. Standard tracked shipping starts at $4.99 to the US, $5.99 to the UK and Europe, $6.99 to Canada and $8.99 elsewhere. Orders over $35 (US), $45 (Canada, UK and Europe) or $65 (rest of world) ship free.
Products
What material are your products made of?
We use PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-based plastic made from cornstarch. It is rigid, durable for indoor use, and biodegradable under industrial composting. Some tougher items use PETG. Each product page lists the material.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand-washing with warm soapy water. PLA can warp in hot dishwasher cycles.
I see fine layer lines, is that normal?
Yes. Layer lines are the natural signature of FDM 3D printing. They do not affect strength or function. If an item arrives with a structural defect, we replace it free.

What if my item arrives broken?
Message us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
