Orders

Placing an order forms a request to purchase products subject to these terms. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability if a production or payment issue occurs.

Made-to-order products

Some products are produced after an order is received. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Pricing and taxes

Prices and shipping fees are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Warranty and support

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items should be reported with photos. We will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution according to the situation and applicable law.

Limitation

Products are intended for ordinary household use unless otherwise stated. They should not be used in unsafe load-bearing, high-temperature, food-contact, or child-related applications unless the product description specifically supports that use.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country or region.
