Track Order

Track your order

Enter your order number and the email address used on the order.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How order status works

  1. On hold: we have received the request and are waiting for payment confirmation.
  2. Processing: payment is confirmed and your item is being printed, inspected, and prepared for dispatch.
  3. Tracking note: when your order ships, we add a customer order note with the tracking number.
  4. Completed: fulfillment is complete. If anything arrives damaged, contact us with photos for a replacement or refund.
