How we make your order

1. Order received — we review the selected product, color, and shipping details.
2. Printed in our workshop — products are made with desktop fused-filament 3D printers.
3. Inspected and finished — we check structure, surface quality, fit, and packaging.
4. Shipped with tracking — the order is packed and dispatched using a tracked shipping service when available.

Because products are made to order, processing time may be slightly longer than mass-produced warehouse items. In return, each product can be produced in small batches with less excess inventory.
